Two Italian brothers based in Berlin, pioneers of deep melodic techno.
Biography.
The journey and inspirations that shape Mind Against's world.
Mind Against is among the pioneers of the Berlin melodic techno wave.
The brothers Alessandro and Federico Fognini, Italians based in Berlin, have developed since the early 2010s an atmospheric deep / melodic techno, released on Life and Death, Hotflush and Afterlife — a label whose artistic side they co-run with Tale of Us. Their track "Walking Away" (2020) is one of their biggest successes. In their sets, they favour pads, depth and a slow build-up rather than immediate effects.
