1. Purpose of the service

Lynupp is an information and discovery website for festivals and concerts, published on a personal basis by an individual (see Legal Notice). It helps users plan a trip around an event (dates, budget, accommodation, transport) and, where relevant, directs them to partners for booking. Access to and use of the Site are free of charge.

Lynupp is neither a ticket vendor nor a travel agency. No booking, purchase or travel contract is concluded with Lynupp. Trip plans saved on the Site are personal projects with no binding value and do not constitute a booking.

2. User account

An account is created with an email and password, or via a login link sent by email. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any actions taken from your account. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

The service is reserved for adults, or for minors with authorization from their legal guardian.

3. Site content

Information about festivals and artists (dates, venues, lineups, prices) is provided for guidance only and may change. Lynupp makes every effort to keep it up to date but does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. It is the user's responsibility to verify information with organizers and partners before making any purchase or travel arrangement.

4. Affiliate links

Some links to partners are affiliate links: Lynupp may earn a commission on a purchase, at no extra cost to you. This does not influence editorial content or how results are ranked. Purchase, payment, delivery and cancellation terms are those of the partner, who is solely responsible for the service provided.

5. Intellectual property

Content produced by Lynupp is protected. The trademarks, visuals and lineups of third parties mentioned belong to their respective owners. Any removal request can be sent via the Contact page.

6. Liability

Lynupp cannot be held liable for damages related to the unavailability of the Site, inaccurate information, or services provided by third-party partners. Users use the Site at their own risk.

7. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

Lynupp may amend these terms. The version that applies is the one online at the time you use the Site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
