Site publisher

The Lynupp website (hereinafter "the Site") is published, on a personal and non-professional basis, by an individual not registered with the French trade and companies register:

In accordance with Article 6 III 2 of the French law on confidence in the digital economy, a publisher who is an individual publishing the Site on a non-professional basis is not required to make their postal address public; it is, however, provided to the host and kept available to anyone who makes a justified request to contact@lynupp.com.

Status: the Site is a personal project that, to date, is not subject to any revenue-generating commercial activity. Should affiliate links come to generate regular income, the activity would be formally registered (as a French micro-entreprise) and this notice updated accordingly (SIREN/SIRET number, etc.).

Hosting

The Site is hosted by:

• Vercel Inc. — 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA — vercel.com
• The content management back office (Strapi), the database and files are hosted by Railway Corp. — San Francisco, California, USA — railway.com. Processing and storage servers are located in the European Union (Amsterdam, Netherlands region).

Intellectual property

The structure of the Site, the text written by Lynupp, the visual identity and interface elements are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

The names, trademarks, logos, visuals and lineups of the festivals and artists mentioned remain the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes. Any removal request can be sent to the publisher (see "Contact").

Affiliate links and partnerships

Some links on the Site (ticketing, accommodation, transport, activities) are, or may become, affiliate links: where applicable, when a purchase is made with a partner after a click from Lynupp, the publisher may earn a commission, at no extra cost to the user. Lynupp does not make any bookings or sales in its own name; contracts are concluded directly between the user and the partner concerned.
