From Seoul to Berlin, a sunny house that spilled out of the clubs to reach everyone.
Biography.
The journey and inspirations that shape Peggy Gou's world.
Peggy Gou became one of the most recognisable DJs of her generation by blending house, disco and Korean sounds.
Born Kim Min-ji in South Korea, she trained in London then settled in Berlin, where she broke through in the mid-2010s with EPs on Ninja Tune and her own label Gudu. Her track "(It Goes Like) Nanana" in 2023 took her from the club circuit to a wide audience, without her leaving the festival booths. In parallel, she runs a fashion career that feeds her image. In her sets she favours mid tempos, a groovy, singable selection, and an energy sunnier than the scene's average.
