The Dutch pioneer of future house, at the head of his own label and visual universe, Hexagon.
Biography.
The journey and inspirations that shape Don Diablo's world.
A pioneer of future house, Don Diablo has built a whole visual universe around his label Hexagon, recognisable from a mile away.
Born Don Pepijn Schipper in 1980 in the Netherlands, Don Diablo began his career as a guitarist before turning to electronic production at the turn of the 2010s.
A pioneer of future house, a genre he helped popularise from the mid-2010s, he climbed to the top of DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs and founded his own label, Hexagon.
A self-declared jack of all trades — music, digital art, fashion — he builds a genuine visual universe around Hexagon, between futuristic aesthetics and spectacular stage design.
On stage, his sets mix personal productions and remixes designed for the big festivals, with an instantly recognisable visual identity, from neon green to his signature glasses.
