Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard popularised a modern country mixed with pop and hip-hop.
Florida Georgia Line is an American country duo made up of Brian Kelley, from Florida, and Tyler Hubbard, from Georgia — hence the name — who met in Nashville and began writing together.
Their hit "Cruise" (2012), later remixed with Nelly, set longevity records at the top of the American country chart and opened up "bro-country", a modern country with pop choruses and hip-hop rhythms.
They strung together radio hits and stadium tours across America, until a pause announced in 2022, each pursuing a solo career.
At festivals, the duo is expected at Stagecoach, in California, the big gathering of American country, where the crowd knows every chorus by heart.
