The Byron Bay surfers who became one of the biggest metalcore machines in the world.
Biography.
The journey and inspirations that shape Parkway Drive's world.
Parkway Drive hauled Australian metalcore up to headline slots, with an ever-broader sound.
The band comes from Byron Bay, a seaside town in New South Wales, Australia. Its first albums, "Killing with a Smile" (2005) and "Horizons" (2007), built it a loyal following.
"Deep Blue" (2010) and then "Ire" (2015), where the band introduced clean vocals, broadened its sound and its audience.
"Reverence" (2018) and "Darker Still" (2022) then confirmed its status as a metalcore reference on the big stages.
