It's the Netherlands' biggest one-day dance festival: a single day, several stages (including the Main Stage and The Hard Court), and a lineup blending Dutch and international dance headliners. The 2027 edition is expected April 27; as of the verification date, the official website still only showed the previous edition.
Kingsland is part of a network of festivals held the same day in several Dutch cities for King's Day; the Amsterdam edition, at the Olympic Stadium, is the biggest. The atmosphere is that of a huge city celebration: the whole city turns orange that day, flea markets and street concerts mix in with the festivities.
It's a tightly run festival: 18+ with ID required, fully cashless, and no camping since it's all over in a single day. You head out that same evening to enjoy the rest of King's Day downtown.

No official price published to date. Third-party ticketing placed 2026 prices between €38.50 early bird and around €61.50 plus fees late in the sale: check the official website. In 2026, general sale opened in late January with early access for registered users. Tickets are non-refundable once bought.
