Southeast Asia's benchmark arts, music and nature festival, at the Siam Country Club near Pattaya, in early December. Five days, ~25,000 festival-goers from more than 140 countries, far more than a music festival — farms, art installations, wellness, gastronomy. Created in 2014. 2026 edition December 3 to 7.
Wonderfruit was born in 2014, founded by Pranitan Phornprapha and Montonn Jira, on the grounds of the Siam Country Club near Pattaya. It's not a classic music festival: it's become Southeast Asia's big arts, culture and nature gathering, with an on-site farm, monumental art and architecture installations, workshops, wellness sessions and an electronic music lineup as a backdrop. Five days in early December, ~25,000 festival-goers from more than 140 countries — a genuine international crossroads, deliberately more intimate in scale than the mega-festivals.
The festival's spirit comes down to three words: Mind, Nature, Sound. You'll find themed "Field Villages," immersive art installations, local and international cuisine, wellness sessions — electronic music sets the rhythm of the evenings, but the daytime experience matters just as much as the concerts.
The site is deep in the countryside, with camping and "glamping" options (equipped tents, more comfort). Early December falls in Thailand's dry season — hot, sunny, little rain, unlike the monsoon period.

Capacity, atmosphere, crowd, hours and on-site budget: the full profile of Wonderfruit 2026 before you get your tickets.

Monumental art installations, an on-site farm, workshops and wellness sessions by day; concerts and DJ sets by night.
Despite a more intimate scale than the mega-festivals (~25,000 festival-goers), Wonderfruit draws an extremely international crowd.
The festival cultivates a strong ecological identity: local food, material reuse and environmental awareness are an integral part of the experience.
28-33°C, sunny, little rain in early December. Light clothing, sunscreen, and a layer for the cooler evenings out in the countryside.
The long-haul flight remains the main expense; once in Thailand, accommodation and food outside the festival are very affordable.

At 6am, a ten-minute journey can feel very long. Pick the right home base now, and the route that leaves you enough energy for the rest.
Flight, train, bus or carpooling: compare the options side by side with your real dates. The idea is to arrive with a bit of battery left — you included.
Bars, restaurants, spots worth a visit between two shows: enough to fill the gaps in the schedule without improvising on the spot at the last minute.
