Northern England's pop and indie festival, May 29 and 30, 2027 at Victoria Park, Warrington: two days with no camping, with Courteeners, Paul Heaton and Rick Astley already announced.
Neighbourhood Weekender takes place every year in late May at Victoria Park, an urban park in Warrington, between Manchester and Liverpool. It's a human-scale pop and indie festival, with no camping, across three open-air stages. The 2027 edition, May 29 and 30, already has Courteeners headlining Sunday, Paul Heaton and Reytons on Saturday, with Rick Astley, The Vaccines, The Fratellis, Gabrielle, The Coral and The View among the other confirmed names.
The lineup blends established British indie and rock bands (Courteeners, The Coral, The Fratellis) with more mainstream pop (Rick Astley, Gabrielle), plus local and emerging acts (Kingfishr, Badly Drawn Boy, Seb Lowe). The atmosphere stays family-friendly: tickets for children aged 10 and under, and a lineup starting in the early afternoon.
It's a city festival, with no camping: you sleep in Warrington, Manchester or Liverpool, all nearby, and reach the park on foot, by bus or by train. The site is fully cashless, with a 10:30pm curfew each evening.
