The big seaside festival of the August bank holiday weekend, from 27 to 29 August 2027 in Southsea (Portsmouth): more than 150,000 festival-goers in 2026, a huge free area for children and weekend tickets from £209.52.
Victorious Festival is held every late-August bank holiday weekend on the Southsea seafront in Portsmouth, on The Common and Castle Field. It is a seaside city festival on the Channel, family-friendly and known for being accessible, and it won "Major Festival of the Year" at the 2025 Live Awards. More than 150,000 people came in 2026; the 2027 edition is set for 27 to 29 August, weekend tickets are already on sale, and the line-up is not yet announced.
The bill mixes rock and indie headliners (Richard Ashcroft, The Black Keys and Kasabian in 2026), pop and electro acts (Rudimental, Dizzee Rascal, Basement Jaxx) and hundreds of shows in all, on a site laid out on the grass facing the sea. 2027 tickets are already on sale at a rising price: the earlier you buy, the cheaper it is.
Victorious aims to be family-friendly: a 30,000 m² Kids Arena, entirely free, with activities and shows, discounted children's tickets, more than 100 food traders and re-entry until 8 pm. You get there by bus, on foot from Southsea or by shuttle from a car park outside town, and you sleep in town or at the off-site Farlington Fields campsite.
